LA City Free Spay & Neuter Voucher

Complete an application online with LA animal services to receive the free spay/neuter voucher. Once the application is complete, La Animal Services will email you the voucher and a list of participating hospitals. Please call the hospital to confirm they accept the voucher before scheduling an appointment. This voucher covers the cost of the surgery, but does not cover extra costs like pain meds and a cone collar.
